Canadian 2007 TL-S price check?
Not sure if this is the right place, but I'm in the process of selling my car and wanted to know if my pricing was off. Figured you guys would be the best critics. Here's the info.
2007 Acura Tl Type-S
Nighthawk Black Pearl
Auto with 88,900 KMS
tinted windows
synthetic oil changes on time
no dents, accidents, etc
brand new set of General Exclaims (not on rims yet)
Michelin X-Ice winter tires with rims and TPMS
I have it listed at $26,500obo.
Thoughts?

I bought my 08 about half a year ago for $34k with 53k mileage. And when I did, the 07's were going for about $29 with 70k so I'd say you can go 1 or 2 g's higher but after negotiations, that's going to be about your take home price.

Well, the mileage is a bit higher than average for a car of the same year. But depending on your location and condition of the car (i.e.: mint with all service documentation), I'd agree with the above and ask around $28 - 29K ballpark...then you have some negotiation room.

Yeah you can probably ask a bit higher, but that's to sell at your current asking price. I bought my 07 TL-S with a little under 80,000km on it for $25k. It was by far the cheapest one I found after months of searching so you can definitely sell higher. Good luck on the sale! What will be the next car?

I Just bought an '04 Base model with 78K and a perfect, one owner record on it for 16,995 in Calgary. I think for that year and it being a type-S with accessories you could go a little higher, but not much more than $29,000.
I'm with ch33sE1. If you mark it that high, you'll probably get what you want now out of it.

I think you're asking too much. You are pricing it at dealer prices and now with the HST on both private and dealer sales, you have to give people a reason not to go with a dealer.
$24K might be a good enough reason....

Just a little info. your TL type S in canada is priced to high.
I just bought a 2007 similiar to yours for 24K with only 42K kilometers. There are way to many out there. of course the dealer will always try to sell higher it is normal. i would strongly suggest that you lower your price to about 24K and I bet it will sell.
