can someone take picture of...

Hi im new here and interested in buying a TL but i would need to modify it to fit a left foot gas pedal because i had a stroke and my right foot is not strong enough to use... i was wondering if any of you can snap a few pictures of the gas pedal area, and if you all knew if the size is the same between 2004-2006? or if one has a larger leg room area... the left foot gas pedal would have to travel the same as the right foot one and i think the foot rest and brake pedal are slightly in the way... thanks for your help!

Stroke at 22?

I had to use my left foot 6-7 months ago after severely straining the tendons in my right foot. Had to do that for 3 weeks. I will be honest, it was a little awkward but definately doable.

a search on supercomputer race pedals, race pedals, race pedal install should get you various shots of the pedal area.

I'm sure it's doable since (and correct me if I'm wrong) you can stick a clutch in any TL (at least the 2gen and 3gen), it's just gonna take a lot of work to do it... If you can pull it off, you're gonna have one hell of a car good luck!

Maybe these pics will help ...

I posted these showing the color of the caramel all-season floor mats. You can (barely) see the pedals in one of the pics.

Here's an image of the footrest and I believe it's held in by clips. I think you'll to do a little prying to remove it.
