So I was just on my way home and I see some car approaching me with some blinding ass lights ( ) so I slow down a bit to see what it is only to find out it was a newer model V6 camry. I decided to speed up a little and he matched my speed, we were going about 50mph and heard him floor it so I gunned it and pulled like a car on him and stopped around 90. I'm sure I would've got more but he got the jump first =/ Mods are in sig

 

nice, those new camry V6's are fast, but are already being eclipsed by the new Accord lol!

Yeah, I think the entire Toyota/Lexus line-up is fugly.....seems like most automakers are just running out of ideas. I saw the new Lexus GX on the road the other day....WTF

 

lol, the only good looking Toyota/Lexus is the IS250/350. It really catches my attention...in a good way.

 

The new IS reminds me of the new Camry everytime I see it...esp from the rear

I think those new camry's actually look bad ass with the stock body kit. And the V6's run a mid 14. I used to sell toyota's you really cant beat the ride and quality of those cars. Yeah, I love my acura, thats all I've ever owned but toyota and honda are the closest comparison cars as far as reliability and quality.

 

Funny.. I pulled a V6 Camry; about a car length from around 0-70ish.. then we let off..

-greddy exhaust
-19" Volk progressiv spoke
-resonator box removed from intake
-fresh denso plugs

I also pulled about car and half on a rsx-s w/mods (exhaust was all i could see)

I had a Camry v6 for rental. Roomie, fast etc. Interior is boring and the car is everywhere.
Good reliable car for old crowd, or family type.

 

yeah!i played with one a month ago,the new camry V6 are quick man!last time his mirror near my mirror and that ass floored it!i floored it too after his ass in my front bumper,but couldn't pass him right away,that was because he got the jump first!!

but TL always are pretty n sweet than a cheap camry!!

 

interesting...the last time I played with one of those v6 se's....and he actually started pulling on me around...100??? just a TAD though............................

 

I pulled on a couple of Camry's in my 03' type s with all my mods.. but stock for stock I think the Camry would win against a 2g type s and 3g TL-p auto..
