Call me CRAZY...but I had to do it...a 'Mini-Me' 3G TL twin.
so... in keeping with tradition of how many 3G TLs I have gone through ... (5 to be exact)...I thought I would 'duplicate' my efforts on the model kit too lol.
I already have the ASM 1:18 diecast that I purchased back in 2007...but managed to snag possibly the LAST one ever to be available in most likely the world...unless someone decides to sell theirs???
I emailed the original ebay seller and asked them to search high and low for one more 3G model so I could snag it...they looked and looked and looked and managed to find one .
this one is carbon gray... I've owned both real life ASM and CGP before so its dedicated to those lol.
anyways, was a bit pricey but the way I see it... I have no intention of spending on my 'real life' TL-S..so why not buy some cool stuff??
I will keep this one in the box and store it away till its worth $1000 on ebay lol.
Here's my current ASM 1:18:
...and here is the new one (last of its kind)... er...cost me $192 cdn:

Sweet! I haven't gone insane enough to advance to 1:18 scale models. I'm still on 1:64 hot wheels. Picked up a few concept nsx and pagani huayras this past weekend!

yah I haven't received the CGP one yet but will post side by side shots later.... as for the resell value of $1000...(sarcasm)... I doubt i'd ever sell these... as they will in time be pretty rare. I'm still kicking myself for selling off my 1:43 ebbro TSX/euro accord models for cheap.
interior wise..if u haven't had a chance to check these out, you would be blown away.. .fully carpeted, leather feel seats, navi.. the whole works but its a 5AT ...

That is pretty cool... but the fact that its out of the original box makes it so it will never be worth 1000.00. But I guess its worth the highest amount someone is willing to pay. Id rather put the money into something useful!

06 does not have indicators on the mirror

^^^ its not Type S bumper...its a regular 07-08 bumper with 04-06 lower grilles and Type S chrome center grille...

Lol we've discussed this before...these models are the CDM versions. 100%. And the detail level is high enough for me to justify the insanity of buying at about $150 a pop.
