California Navi Deal
Sorry for making yet another post about price, but I did a search with no luck. I was wondering from all you californians out there, who has got the best price on a 6MT with Navi in California. I was hoping to get an 04 before 05 comes out (save some $$), but was wondering which dealer to start with? Any ideas? I am in the bay area, but can easily travel down south since I know most the dealers here are stuck on their price.
Thanks.
Edit: If you can leave a dealership name / salesman name that would be great. Thanks.
I have already talked to Los Gatos Acura and Stevens Creek Acura, both say about 500 off MSRP max.

I just got my 2004 AT with NAVI on saturday. Keyes Acura on Van Nuys in L.A. Guy named Sang sold it to me, he's pretty cool. The manager's name is Preston and after I had called/visited about 6 dealerships in the area he called and said they had one on the way and would give me $500 off sticker. That's the best offer I got. Everyone else in the area said they wouldn't move on sticker price. Good luck - I love (LOVE) the thing so far!

Everytime I've gone to an actual dealership they said that they are going for MSRP, but the Internet quotes seem to tell a different story.
I think I'll end up going with Santa Monica Acura. The people I talked to were cool and I wasn't ignored for twenty minutes like I was at Tustin and South Bay.
Or maybe I'll give 101 West a call :P

Where is the best website to get online quotes? Is there a website where you can get multiple dealers quotes with just one web form? Thanks.

Keep in mind that while 6MT and 5AT are priced the same, 6MT costs dealerships less (supposedly).
I got mine in LA 6 months ago for $34,350, 6MT with Navi, Anthracite, Ebony.

MSN has one too, and most dealers have a way to submit a request for a price quote.
There are a lot out there, and they are pretty useful. Try to keep track of who you're sending things to though, so you don't end up resubmitting quote requests to the same dealerships over and over.

Yeah, that seems to be my problem. I am in the SF Bay area, where there are at least 4 acura dealers that I can name off (many more I am sure), but everytime I send a quote through one of those sites it always goes to the same one. I am sure they are fed up with me by now.

And the Santa Monica dealer - they will never get my business. I won't say the jackass's name but I won't tolerate someone talking to me like I'm a complete idiot. Especially a car salesman.
Oh and the 101 West guy is cool - but he wouldn't move on MSRP either (although if you have a written quote I'm sure he'd match it). He's actually the guy who sold me on the car - very knowlegeable and liked showing off the car on the test drive.

always get internet quote first b/c you talk directly to a manager instead of a low level sales person. Then compare prices and let other dealers to beat your lowest price in hand.

never stops!
oguju, I bought my 6MT/Nav/HPT from Sunnyvale Acura on Dec 15th. I paid MSRP with free protection package thrown in. At the time I had contacted all the dealers from SFO to Sacramento. Only 2 had 6MT/Nav/HPT combination I waas looking for. I do not think things have changed much on 6MT since. The best I've hear on 6MT/Nav is -500. I'd say shop shop shop and shop. Call all the dealers and try to cross shop, you might be able to do better on 04 when 05 will be out in a month or two.
All the best.
