A/C hose
What is the tl line called that return the cold air to the car?

Not certain as to what you are describing as there are 2 hoses, sunction and discharge, and they contain refrigerant, not cold air.

its not cold air, its refrigerant return to your car with low pressure aka low side.

When I turn the ac on, it comes through the vents in the car but it's only hot air. I looked under the car and seen a line broken. I'm just not too sure if it's the discharge line or the suction line.

If it's the line from

Compressor going TO the condenser than it's discharge.

Evaporator going TO the compressor than it's suction.

I'm 90% that's correct... I may have it backwards but pretty sure it's that.

there are no refrigerant lines under the car
