Price is pretty fair. You may want to get that price OTD so you pay that price and nothing over.
May I also suggest you find one with navi? I regret looking around more for a 3G TL with navi before purchasing mine. I didn't think it was a big deal, but now I realize I really want it

Honestly I have seen 07's with Navi in that price range. Best bet would be to run a autotrader or cars.com search in that local area and compare the prices and make that your barganing tool....

Track, the guys are right. If you can get one with Nav-grab it! Otherwise, I honestly think you'll regret it if you don't.

Yeah I was convinced i didnt want the navi and only actually got it for the resale value. After having it i realized how much of the car is based upon it, its not just navigation and i am really glad i went with the navi

The center stack in the car is built for the Navigation screen. The non-nav cars look unfinished and kind of crappy with those large AC and radio control screens stuck in there.

i dont really care about looks on the interior. if navi is only for getting around town then i really dont need it.

If you can get the price right for you don't worry about the nav. What they are telling you is that the electronics in a nav model are considerably more elaborate and more interesting. I deliberately sought out a non-nav and have never been sorry. I trust buttons more than voice commands.

I'm lost..
One thing you should consider is resale. A TL with navi has a much better resale value than a non-navi.
Either way, when you're buying a car like this, a navi is a must. I was exactly like you before I bought mine. I said to myself I wouldn't stress seeking a navi. If I needed one down the road, I could spend $300 on a tom tom or garmin.
Well now that I HAVE Navi, I'm really glad I bought it and I KNOW I would have regretted not buying one with it.

since the price dropped to 22,994 how much should i offer the dealership? would 19,000 be low balling?
