They have the same hp and torque they are the same engines. They are just labeled differently.

this is true, even my sprint navigation cell phone is 10X better navigation than my acura, but is useful to control the radio from the touch screen, hack it to show trip computer in full screen, you also get voice comand "play cd 1 track 2" is really nice feature. the car feels complete with navigation. my car did not come with navigation and i paid $1300 to have install with all the future, at first i thought i made a big mistake cause i would have gotten a garmin for ($100) but now i see that it was the best investment i have made, plus the car resale value is much more with navi install.

Resale is a good point. I don;t plan on ever selling this car so it is no difference.
