Bumper top protector?

Anyone know if they make a bumper top protector? What i'm looking for is a rubber pad to go on the bumper just under the trunk lid where you take stuff in and out. Its got beat up a little over the years and something like this would hide the scuffs. Googled unsuccessfully.

I'd be interested in something like that as well.

I have seen a lot of newer vehicles that have installed a clear bra on that sill area. That would be the best because a black pad would look pretty terrible there. The best suggestion I can give you is be more careful and don't hit your car with shit that you take in and out of your trunk ;-)

Yes, I was thinking a type of 3M clear plastic that some people use on their hood/headlight area would work.

I found this:

It's probably the same stuff that paperboy posted.

Yah, but I have NBP. It wouldn't stand out. This is more an after the fact thing. I can cover it up or just have it look kinda beat up. If I had thought about it while it was still in good condition clear bra would have been the obvious choice.

FWIW I did eventually find one made for the 3g TL.

I came across this e-bay auction for what you are talking about, because I had been looking for something to protect the bumper as well. Looks to be the same as on the site posted by geeky. I dont think it would look too bad, has a factory appearance to it. I am undecided if I want to get it or not. Geeky, did you buy and install it??

Nope. I had forgotten about it. Another obsession came up.
