ok so i was looking at my gf's 04 TL and i tried to take off the bumper. i unsnapped all the snaps and unscrewed all the screws. when i started to pull of the bumper from the side it wont budge once i start to pull at the part right under the tail light. i lloked in and there is some clip that i cant reach. does anyone have any idea how to take off the bumper.

 

PULL VERY VERY HARD.

Have somone push up by the light while you pull. It will come.

 

Any special reason your taking her bumper off.

 

yeah are you installing some reverse sensors? or were you just curious how to take it off?

 

im tryin to take off the front bumper. she wants me to make her a grille like i did on my car. thanx for the responses. is there anything else i shood kno before i attempt to do this?

 

Are you talking about the front or the back? this says "tail light" but you also said it's the front bumper.

Make sure - triple check - that you got all the fasteners. Easy to miss the two screws in the fenderwells and the plastic rivets on the two lower struts in the middle. If you got everything, it's just a matter of pulling...
