Well now you're talking about the front A-Spec lip and that's a different beast altogether because of the lower fogs.

awesome thread... thanks man. so looks like ill need to pick up a 07 tl-s front bumper and then the a spec lip... when i get around to the rear just the a spec lip and mod my base bumper. please correct me if im wrong. much appreciated

or if i can find the whole kit, just keep the rear lip on standby and do the front and the sides and when i get my exhaust mod the bumper and throw the lip on

ps. where can i find the trunk lip

yes.
but thats not what was asked.

the OP wanted to know if the "bumper" would fit.
all 04-08 bumpers are interchangeable.

how ever, the grilles are a bit bigger on the TL-S.
meaning, you cant swap your old grilles over.
you would have to buy new ones.

I think you're right on this one. But be mindful that the front bumper (by itself) doesn't come with all the grills, vents, fog lights etc... and your car isn't wired for lower fogs. So it's not a direct replacement on the front bumper. There's a lot more work to be done/added.

yup, this sounds right. you can buy the various a-spec kit pieces from any of the legitimate acura dealers on ebay. Or support some of the AZ members like Tim at oemacuraparts.com (he's posted some discount coupon codes that let you save on shipping, esp. nice for expensive heavy parts).

Don't do it, it won't fit. if you do it then looking into buying lower fog (FYI this two little sucker cost $250 each), lower grill, Type S grille and extra wiring for the lower fog.
