Bumper Plugs

One of my front bumper license plate plugs either fell out or someone needed it more than me. I'm trying to locate a diamond pearl plug for a 2006 TL. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought mine used from a member here in the forum. I went to three local dealerships and they ALL wanted 20 bucks each for them. Each parts department looked at me crazy when I asked for used ones. No way was I paying 40 dollars for those things.

Around here every dealer says they don't have any.....LIARS! They send me to parts and they think I am stupid enough to drop all that dough for 2 microscopic pieces of plastic. I asked around for 2 yrs with no luck. Lucked out and bought them cheap off a member. Glad I didn't pay full price but would have been happier if a dealer would actually help me out for once.

OP, just go to the stealer and get 'em. One stealership I went to said that for every new car they get, they take the plugs out and throw them away!

Other stealers hoard 'em behind the parts counter, and ask, "What color do you want?"

I would help you, but I've asked my dealership to give me like 7 pairs to give to other AZ members already, so I don't want to be greedy and ask for more, but we'll see.

...when I went to the dealership parts department and asked for a couple bumper plugs, the guy pulled out a box with about 1000 different colored plugs in it and had to shuffle through it to find two black ones for me.

I went to a few dealerships and they didn't have any. One dealership had the dark blue colored plugs and I have a kbp. So i took them anyway and bought some touch up paint and painted them. The color is not exact, plugs are slightly lighter in color but it was only $9 vs $40, so i'm content.
