Bumper Fix PLEASE HELP!!

My TL was hit and run today. There's some nice new scratches in my rear bumper and a small puncture/crack which I'm not too concerned about since I can get it filled in the summer. Unfortunately the right sid of the rear bumper got pushed in about a quarter inch which caused the right hand part to pop out. I know absolutely nothing about body work, so I was hoping someone would know if I'm gonna need to go to a body shop and maybe even replace the whole bumper, or can I simply realign the thing myself.?

Oh, and I haven't looked the forums over much, so if anyone knows of any similar threads, that would be helpful too. Thanks

I removed my bumper to install tails and it looks as if the beam under the bumper got pushed a bit which is making the bumper push in under your light. If i were you i would look up the DIY video in the garage about removing the bumper and put it back on. The side part is just clipped in so it should pop back into place but i would suggest pulling the bumper to make sure everything is aligned
