Is this bumper damage repairable?

sorry bad quality, but if you turn the pic right side up...

anyways, either the dealership or previous owner put the licenseplate on wayy too tight, so i had a surprise when i took off the plate for the first time a few months back: a nice crack in the middle, two holes from screws on the top, as well as some nice wrinkling action in the actual bumper (basically its not smooth anymore, not a paint problem)

im taking my car in to get a free touchup all over to repair some paint chips, i was wondering: is this type of damage easy to repair, or repairable at all? because i want to take the front plate off, but i dont want to reveal all these nasty littles dings

Can't see anything

If it isn't too horrible looking just leave it. Your bumper will get hit/damaged again in the future

Put your plate on, should cover it up. I wouldn't spend too much on it

Put your plate back on and if you ever have anymore damage in the front then repair it.
