^ not bad ideas. Ive wrapped a few things in carbon fibre before and as of a few mins ago I got the thought of wrapping the rims in carbon fibre. It would add a little bit of weight but not much.

Gloss black would contrast well with the gold calipers or you could go with a my little pony theme, food for thought.

Ive decided to do the rims in a dark gunmetal with the small part of the lip going the same colour as the calipers

I think wrapping in CF would look horrendous. But, I'm pretty over the whole CF look.
