Brake kit from Ebay
Looks like im going to need new rotors and front brake pads for my TL-S and i came across a bunch of them listed on ebay. has anybody tried using these brakes? if so how good are they? they seem pretty cheap-around $160 for the kit. please let me know if you guys have any other suggestions as well. Some of the brake kits i found on ebay are linked below:

brakemotive is a vendor on this forum and has similar priced brake packages as the ones you linked above.
i think he even sells on ebay, search for his name. i am running them on my TL-S and love em.

brakemotive is good and I am currently running with this set up. Yes contact him here in AZ for cheaper price than Ebay.

I have them and have zero complaints.
My favorite thing about them, is that the pads are not dusty at all.
It helps if you try to keep your wheels looking freshly cleaned.

Brakemotive kicks ass! Anyway, I have a kit on my TL with ~30,000 miles on the rotors and pads- pads are still 1/2 there and rotors demonstrate no warping. I would buy from them again (and I have a set of similar brakes on my Cadillac- they are excellent!).
