Bra, or no bra - That is the question

Hey guys, I have an NBP... I don't see too many TLs on here with Bras... do you guys now like them... I know the bra won't fit right with the aspec lip, which i will be getting eventually... but I also don't want a chipped up front end, and honestly, my moms 2g nbp TL looks hot with the bra... (she also has the gold kit/tinted windows) so I was just checking your input.

Thanks.

Clear bra is ok, but anything else is NOT a good look for the TL.

clear bra all the way...typically the dealer can install it for you (if you trust them)

Clearbra, though that may cost too much at the dealer and I have read on here where they didn't do so good a job. Make sure it is 3M though wherever you go.

As for the regular kind of bra...man, don't even think about that! Hell no! That will mess up the paint eventually, and it looks !!!

lol o K K K Ill take a look at the clear bra. I have a good hookup at my acura, they will take care of me... so I think Ill go for that.. now will that cover the aspec lip?

lol, speaking of the rice, I was down on HWY (the race scene in my area) and some dude saw me driving by and said "look at the ricer" lol

I told him that his mom didnt seem to care about it being "rice" in the backseat. Needless to say he was pissed... said something stupid to me so i told him to get back in his 99 grand am and drove away lol

Here's a pic of mine with the bra. Mine is Aspec'd and you can only cover the hood and the sides as shown. At least it protects some and no it won't bother the paint. As long as you put it on a clean car and remove it when your done driving it will be fine. The gentleman standing has a clear bra on his NBP. You can only tell if you look at the hood a certain way to catch the line that runs across the hood. Its not that visible, it hides pretty good.[IMG][/IMG]

Do a search on PPF (Paint Protection Film) or clearbra, there are dozens of threads about it. It's one of the better investments you can make to protect the entire front end. The bra in the above pix is more of a PITA than anything. With clearbra, it's easily maintained (wash & waxed) like the rest of the vehicle.
