Just ordered the OEM kit from a guy on Ebay, seems to sell a ton of parts. Hopefully this thing is right or I'll raise holy hell!

How bad of an idea is it for me to install this myself? (I realize there will be some drilling and Im generally very handy with cars/house, etc. ) Is there any sealent/caulk, etc.?

 

I did not install mine(came with the car), but from various people on this forum have installed it and by reading them, average Joe could do it.....

 

Wait not the average Joe, someone who has some knowlege of cars at least....

anyone who can read can do the install. i've been working on cars for years, and it was simple. basically the only tool you'll need are a screwdriver and drill
