Bluetooth Phone Setup Question.

I'm trying to get my SonyEricsson T610 to pair with the TL, however everytime I state "Phone Setup" the system misinterpertates it. I have the phone in "Bluetooth"mode.

Any thoughts.

Green.

I'm assuming that you're not doing anything silly like pressing the Navi talk button instead of the phone talk button?
When you say "Phone Setup" what does the system think you said?

You know, that must be my problem. I'm hitting the button in the back -- top, not the foremost button, talk. Should I be hitting the phone button and not the one that controls the Navi and Climate, etc?

I guess I'm hitting the wrong button.... I'll retry with the HFL button.

Keep us posted if that is the problem or not.

I don't have the nav, but found it very easy to program once I got use to repressing the button before my next command. At first I was trying to talk to it like one of the computers on Star Trek.:lol2:

it took me a while, I have the same phone, I feel it has a lot to do with how you talk. you just have to basically speak at normal volume and sit back in your seat, making sure you speak clearly.

Well, it was my ignorance. I was hitting the wrong "Talk" button. After I hit the right button, the setup was very easy. I've used the phone a few times with the car and I have to say that this is a great feature. If I were a salesman I'm sure it would really get a workout. Thanks for your help.
