Blue or White LEDs? Opinions wanted!

Blue or White LEDs? Opinions wanted!
What does everyone think is the better buy for the LED modification on the TL? Blue or White LED's?
Here's what I've heard and observed about the flip sides to both:
Blue - Negatives
- Hard to read and see clearly
- Makes a luxury car like the TL look like a cheap ricer car
Blue - Positives
- Makes the car look smooth and cool
- Matches with the other blue interior lighting in the car
White - Negatives
- Doesn't match with the interior lighting of the car
- Too bright
White - Positives
- Looks clean and classy
- Easy to see and read
What is everyone else's opinions?

I think it depends on the interior.
Ebony interior, blue looks great, white is not bad.
Parchment interior, white looks good, blue is... questionable.

I got all white LEDs as well (ebony interior). I just got the 9 LED ones from Brian (Tec-toyz) installed a few days ago and they're not too bright and not too dim. Definitely not as bright as stock, but it has this cool white (with a tint of purple) glow. As everyone else here on AZ has already mentioned before, Brian is the man! Blue does look nice with the ebony interior too.

I originally had whites in my car but I changed over to blue. I think after much thought, I'm going to go back to the whites and stick with those. They just seem like the better fit for my car overall in terms of luxury and appearance.

I've gotten tons of compliments on my white LEDs. The ones I got from TecToyz (?) off eBay actually look pretty good and while people have known theyre not stock, they definitely don't look tacky or aftermarket.
Go with White.

I have am about to order a set from Brian right now as well, but I am on the fence! I know I want to do white for the lic. plate lights obviously...BUT I want my car to look good on the inside, like a 35k car, not a Si. No offense. What do you guys think about blue on the inside of a NPB ebony? I think it will match the current lighting, I just don't want it to look cheap, as others have mentioned. Will the white throw everything off?

I don't know about the white, but I think the blue is elegant. I think the white would be too bright. I have a NBP w/ Ebony interior and I think it looks awesome. I also have a friend that has a red TSX with the camel interior and he also has the blue lights.

i have the blue 9leds in my doors and domes.
initially, i order the white for the dome and blue for the doors and found it to look too tacky. the white wasnt as bright as i thought it would be and since the light from my navigation provides enough reading light, the blue is way better in my opinion.
i think you should go all white or go all blue. dont mix and match on an ebony interior. i have a WDP/ebony and it looks wierd if you decide to mix and match the colors.

i would go with white for the interior and blue for the doors...best of both worlds...the white is definitely not as bright as the stock bulbs but has a more subtle brightness to it...kinda gives it that elegant look...i get tons of compliments...
this is my set up....

I have blue L.E.D.'s from Tec-Toys all around my TL. It all depends on the color combo you have. Blue looks amazing on a TL in anthracite with ebony. I can still use the blue light to read or look for something. Plus you always have the vanity mirror light that is white to use if you need it.

My suggestion is to now just go with Whites. I had Blues in my car cause I thought they would look sweet but after a short while, I got pretty sick of them. Blues look cool and all but it's soooo hard to see things and it even distorts the color of certain objects. Whites the safest bet and it makes the car interior look classy and luxurious.

I have NBP/Ebony, and the blue lights are smooth as hell!! White doesn't compare in my opinion. I thought about the reading prob - but no prob! If I need white light for that, the vanity is there like someone else said. The blue just plays nicely on the ebony, and with the blue accents in the car. To each his own I guess. Helps that blue is my fave color too! But if it wasn't, I would proly roll that way anyway! Looks too smooth not to!

I've got a WDP / Ebony and I've got to say, the white LED's from TecToyz are really sharp in the car. I went with white all the way around and the more I drive the car at night and have had chances to turn them on while driving... I'm extremely satisfied.
As others have said, the whites have a hint of blue to them that adds a sleek touch to the interior of the car. The white light provides a really nice effect at night in that it doesn't reflect off of the black interior much at all but does an excellent job of lighting up the cabin for reading / finding something in the dark.
Go white, you won't be disappointed.
I'd also recommend swapping out the license plate light to cold cathode and possibly the trunk light and backup lights as well. Once you start swapping out the crap yellow bulbs from the factory, you'll want to get rid of all of them ASAP. It makes a huge difference in the car's look at night.

I had blue originally but then I switched up to the whites cause it was really hard to see with the blue bulbs. The blue also tended to give my TL a ricey look which I didn't really like. The whites have that light bluish tint that I was looking for and I can see everything perfectly.
It's all personal preference though. A lot have gone with blue on here and have loved it.
