So I want to black out the red lights in the side of my car-2008 TL. not the taillights but the ones in the back on the sides. How do I remove them. I tried looking in the trunk and couldnt find anywhere that might work, unless im just not looking in the right place. Need some help.

you just pull back the trunk lining on each side of the trunk. you have to remove a few black screw pins in order to remove the lining.

peel back the lining, find the side marker, push it out, disconnect harness. should not take you more than 10 mins.

I assume you mean the side-markers, right?

I did tint over-lays on mine. Front and rear.
