Hi fellow acura owners. im in the market for a new set all around for some new black rotors. my question is, out of the 3, whats going to be the best option for avoiding rust and flaking? thanks for your inputs+++

Wait, what? You can't chrome or powder coat rotors. Check out Centric. The center hubs are more resistant to rusting than stock.

no point in getting colored rotors, a buddy of mine bought some off ebay one time and the color wore off over a few months.

Colored rotors?? The Centrics have a black e-coating. I have Powerslots made by Centric and after 2.5 years they still look good. The stock ones are rusted within months.

Do mean calipers?? Don't buy painted rotors paint will flake off.
