Biggest moron ive ever seen

well i was at my school today and i was going down the parking lot and this kid from my class just back up all the way without looking and he ended hitting me. i go out and i see that my cars paint has rubbed off on mhis car but then he gets out and rubbs all the paint off his car and hes like THERES NO WAY I HIT U UR PAINT U MUST HAVE HIT SOMETHING ELSE. so i ask him for liscence and registration and he say no call the cops. so im say ok and 15 mins later the cop comes and he keeps his story about how we didnt collide. i had a friend in the car so i got witness. he just lies to the cop in his face. there was minor damage so he said it didnt need to be a police report. so the officer just says give him your liscence and registration and that was that. the kid was a moron he actully thought i was really stupid or something......his test grade was .....0 so i guess i dont blame him....

just make a claim with your insurance company, they will take care of this moron. No need to waste your time talking to him

Correct me if I am wrong - but parking lot accidents are no fault accidents. The police cant do anything other take a report. You could go the vandalism route but you would have to prove intent. I agree with 04tlnbppar contact insurance.

That is correct.

Just walk up to his car, get a baseball bat, and beat the shit out of it and when he asks why you did it, reply with "did what? I don't know what you're talking about." Then drive to the nearest dumpster, ditch the bat....but beforehand make sure there are no cameras in the parking lot.

Two dumbest things in the world: high school students because they THINK they know everything, and college students because they KNOW they know everything.

It bothers me too, but complaining doesn't help anymore. Schools are only worried about not getting sued these days. Screw the education.

If the school was a public school, then, I think, the police do have jurisdiction even in the parking lot. It's when an accident occurs on private property that they can't do more than take the report.

Since you have a witness and you did call the cops, if you have his insurance info, start a claim with HIS insurance company and make sure you tell them you have a witness. (yes, you CAN do that, I did just a couple months ago and got a settlement). If the guy denies he did it to his insurance, then file with yours and they'll treat it like a hit and run and go after him.

Uh huh!

That's why you have insurance and why they have adjusters.

Let them do their job after you get the info from the other driver.

To ali_enterprises;

No, it's tongue-in-cheek humor. Nothing mean spirited meant at all. Hell, I was both of these at one time, too.. as I suspect most of us on this site were.

As for "Give him a break, hes from the south, lol'... yeah, thank God. (I suspect EggrollXpress61 is just funnin', too).
