Best Tranny / Motor Oil

Guys, I have a new (to me) 2008 Acura TL Type-S with 61K! I was thinking of doing some preventative maintenance on it! Was wondering what you thought to be the best Transmission and Motor oil for this vehicle. On my wife's 2006 Toyota Sienna I have been using factory (OEM) transmission drain and fill oil every 25k miles (2 times). And Mobil 1 synthetic with Mobil 1 or OEM filter every 5k miles! Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Search Redline for Trans fluid and 3rd and 4th pressure switches replacement. Use what youre using for motor oil it is fine, personal opinion on oil, as you search you will see. I use Schaeffer Oil because I have 6 vehicles to maintain.
