Best hid+fog light combo?

Yes the 3000k hid fog light looks white in the foglight housing and yellow on the floor/output. However I have seen 3000k hid fogs that look yellow in the foglight housing. To be honest I think those are the cheap hid kits, i have one that is "designed in germany". No idea what that means but it was definitely a high end HID kit.
