beat a g35 tonite
G35 vs Tl-s
i just dropped off my girlfriend at her house and im heading back home...i take the highway and am just chillin...a g35 flys by me then hits his brakes...im thinking he prob sees a cop. but nope he sees me. he waited till i caught up. i think to myself this guys guna rip me since i have alot of repect for g35s...off a 40mph roll hes winning then i start to slowly pass him next thing i know im in front then i took him by a car length. tonite i took the victory over a g35
)) sad part is that my car is modded and his looked completly stock:/

nice job! its G35 week here on the forums! First I beat one and now you do!
Don't feel bad because he is stock and you are modded. They have more HP and more TQ than us so you need mods to keep up anyway! Good kill.

lol i made that mistake one night. late one night around 2 am i was movin around 80 and passed a nice red g35 with carbon fiber hood. i guess he wanted to play so i punched it... quickly im up to 120 and this guy is on my ass in a heartbeat. the lanes open up and he screams past me... come to find out we stop at the same gas station... he had a supercharger but he was a really cool guy

The race really isn't surprising to me. For whatever reason, the 2nd gen TL-S is faster than the 3rd gen 5AT TL. A 2nd gen TL-S with an intake typically is a 14.6ish@97mph car. A coupe 5AT, not being manually shifted, is a 14.6-14.8@95mph car. If the driver were to hold 2nd and 3rd, it would be a 14.3-14.4@98mph car. The thing is, almost all G drivers don't know how to drive the 5ATs.
