Oh Man! This clip reminds me of how much I miss my 5.5G Maxima.

 

Based on the mods, I'd say the Maxima is putting down around 260 - 270whp. Assming both cars have no weight reduction, there's a near 300 pound weight difference - I'd say the Audi has more power, possible light tune and bolt-ons.

I can't recall his name, but there was member on here with a 5.5G Maxima 6spd with similar mods and he was running 12s on drag radials with full interior.

I love watching both of these particular cars in action. Thanks for the video.

 

^ Slow03Maxima or something. I remember him too. He also had a custom intake manifold that gave him a TON of power up top...something like 50whp at redline (seriously) because the power didn't drop off at all. His car was exceptionally fast for what it was. It went 12.6 @108 if I'm not mistaken, on 15" wheels and slicks.

I'd loveeeee to run this Max at some point. We'll see.

 

Think it was sparks03max. Something happened on the maxima forums where he took a bunch of deposits from guys to build them an intake like his, then he got in over his head and couldn't produce and owed guys their money back. Similar to the Rodney situation.
