b1 service due

i have about 9300 miles on my car and my MID just displayed a B1 service due soon, does anyone know the cost of this service at the dealership or should i say stealership...btw should i just do an oil change and leave the inspection stuff for later?

And after doing some inspection around my car i found a %^&*ing nail logded in my left rear tire should i get new tires for all 4 wheels or just put some foam sealant in the tires to seal it up?

B1- Replace oil & filter and rotate tires. No more than 60-70.

Your really going to buy 4 new tires on a car that has 9300 miles and has a nail only in one rear tire?

Go to Firestone of Discount Tire or whatever and get it patched for $25.

B1 = $60 max ("Synthetic Blend" oil; Full Synthetic will be more.)

B1, DIY = ~$30 DIY full Synthetic and a "top notch" filter.

Like the top two posts said.

But in regards to your tire, NO NEED to buy 4 tires!!! Just get it repaired with a plug if the nail is in the tread... NEVER use the sealant, it will clog up your TPMS sensors

Also, check all your fluids to make sure everything is topped off and you should be fine.

I just had the same service done today on our 06 TL with 12K miles and the total cost was $229.00. (I agree with the "stealership") They also attempted to repair the recalled PS hose. It leaks now...Going back tomorrow.
