B Pillar removal on 3G TL

B Pillar removal on 3G TL
Hey guys, does anyone have any idea how to remove the b pillar on a 3G TL? I got a small ding and it's driving me nuts. I read through some threads here and it said something about removing 4 plugs under the rubber trim I did that and it's not moving. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys
