if you just joined the forum you have to wait 15 days after the day you joined to be able to upload your own avatar.

 

^ yup and just go into ur account, and under settings u should be able to add ur avatar

 

I think you also have to have five (5) posts to your name (which you already seem to have) - me, on the other hand, have yet to accrue this and as such, do not have the option to post an avatar (hopefully this post will help). It seems that most people already post great advice/replies before I get around to reading others' posts, so I always feel that adding my two cents is redundant. Anyway, I am looking forward to being able to create an avatar picture and being able to post pictures of my TL soon.
