Automatic to manual swap
Very difficult; most attempts have ended up very expensive failures. It would be far cheaper to sell your car with an automatic and put the proceeds into buying one equipped with a 6MT from the factory.

I attempted to do this on my 5AT Type-S.
A local motor sport shop took some time to get quotes for me. At around $14k just for parts I just decided to Alt+F4. I drove 2000 miles and picked up a 6MT instead.
