Auto-trans triple flush?

Auto-trans triple flush?
About how much time does it take to this this triple flush procedure at home (start to finish)? I've got all the tools and 11 quarts of Acura trans fluid, plus I printed out the write-up from this forum on how to perform the change - it seems pretty simple. Any other words of wisdom or helpful hints? Thanks. Steve

Give yourself an 1 to 1.5 hours at a casual pace, including the 15 minute freeway warm up drive.
The in between drive is 5 minutes or less- just up and down thru all the gears a few times and back home. More than that makes it way to hot to work on.

Prestone sells a flush kit so it is much easier next time. You have to cut a coolant tube in half install a adapter for the hose and secure it with clamps. You never need to take it off and it makes the flush alot easier. I do mine in about 25 mins and its worry free.
here is a link for what I am talking about....
