Austin, TX best place for price?

I am looking to get a new TL 6SPD pretty soon, and wanted to find out where and who would recommend to get the best price in Austin, TX? Thanks guys.

Also what is the current finance rate with Honda for 5 and 6 years that everyone is getting?

Sterling Acura has a at least 2 6MT's
1 in the showroom is black/camel with Chrome wheels (nifty)
and an Anthracite/camel In front.
They will deal on the non-nav's...., not much with the Nav's.

I haven't been to David McDavid in some time. I found their sales staff to be incompetant and unpleasant. I have heard unfavorable things about their service department as well.

If you want Nav in Austin (especially in a particular color), you are going to have to pay close to MSRP and be patient. All of the Nav's coming in are spoken for.

Gunn in San Antonio quoted me a 33,500 price for a Nav over the phone. You might want to check them out.

Soon is a relative term with 6sp these days. Depends on if you want Navi too. Put your deposit down asap to start the process.

Get as many dealer extras (tint, wheel locks, etc.) as possible. I recommend DMcD and salesman Bobby Maher in particular.

Hopefully the work on the stretch of Hwy 183 in front of the dealership will be fixed by the time I have to drive out there for my upcoming first service.

No help on finance rates.

Welp, I talked to the dealers there and Roger Beasley basically said they can't budge. They said 33,300 for a NON-NAV model. I told them Gunn has it for $33,800 with NAV, they are like I can't touch that sorry. Oh well!

Talking to Gunn now to see what happens. I need to find the time to clean my current car and let them appraise it.

I live in Austin but I bought my car up in Dallas. I think you'll generally get a better deal buying from a dealer that's in a town with competition. There are a few dealers in Dallas so they are more willing to deal than in Austin, where there are only two.

Austin has 2, San Antonio has one and its Gunn. So I will try at Gunn first.

Your best bet is Dallas. Strike an internet deal with either Goodson, David McDavid, Vandergriff, or Mac Churchill.

Then spend a grand total of $34 on a one-way ticket on Southwest. They'll pick you up at the airport (or reimburse your cab fare).

It'll be the best 3 hour drive home you've ever experienced!!

I would agree that Dallas has the best prices. I was going to buy one from Vandergriff for $1600 off, but Gillman here in Houston matched that price.

If they would not deal, I was willing to take a drive for that amount of money.

Anyone buy from Vandergriff in Dallas. I'd like some feedback on your buying experience.
