Audio hiss
Today I was playing with the HFL phone book in the driveway - no engine noise.
There was some serious hiss coming out of all of the speakers. I switched back to radio mode and noted that at low volume settings, I could still hear it. At 0 it was the same as in phone mode.
Any thoughts?
On a tangent, I stuck in the 5th Element Sountrack CD - WOW! :wow: It blew me away - wonder what that would be like in DVD-A.

SE T610 - I turned it off, too. No change.
To add, the hiss is what youy might expect from a cassette player playing a blank tape.
Could it be the command/voice mic in the car is always hot?

Definately in all cars, tried it in 3 demos.
Very high frequency, not all will hear it, some will just due to human ear sensitivity.
