So i was able to source a used Aspec rear bumper spoiler off of craigslist for a very good price. The rubber gasket/protector that should be at the top of the spoiler where it meets the bumper was missing. anyone know where i could buy a replacement??

I can only comment on a base aspec kit 08. but the rear lip does not come with a rubber lip seal around the top edge, unlike the front which does. mine were ordered straight from acura! I was also not impressed with the fitment of the rear lip!

you can't get a replacement from Acura unfortunately. But, there is something you can try. Toyota sells seals seperate (say that 3x fast) for their spoilers,rocker moldings and flares,and if you head down and ask nicely,I'm sure they would be willing to help you out and find the longest one. maybe buy a couple even if there is a split somewhere. Better than nothing i guess..?

I'm in need of one of those seals myself but as ^ said, you cant get them seperate, I' didn't know about the Toyota ones though.

I was actually gonna take it out to see if I can live with the gap, if not ill just stuff the rubber back in there |(| and fill it with black silicone.

Nothing some painters tape and steady hands can\t fix.

You can indeed find an OEM replacement from dealer I guarantee. I know because I recently got one for my aspec lip. I'll post the part number when I get on my comp.

Paperboy is right, you can get that gasket. There was actually a thread about it a few months ago, it had the PN and everything in it, ill try to find it and post a link.
