Aspec question

So im installing my kit this weekend, im just wondering if you guys would recommend using different 3m tape. I dont know how well that 1 strip of 3m will hold. I was thinking of adding an extra piece of 3m.

for weight savings i would not recommend an extra strip of tape. 1/4 mile times will be affected

Mine came off within 3 months on the front bumper, but the rear still looks great and I've had the car since 2010

More won't hurt.

Believe it or not, my front lip's tape doesn't really stick anymore. This is because the countless times I've removed my front bumper to do work on it like my accord fogs.

You guys have seen my car right?
It still looks fine without the tape holding it.

I add new tape every year. Once spring time rolls around I always take the front lip and bumper apart, rear lip and bumper apart, and side skirts off to give them a good cleaning from the winters salt.

With the rear you can probably get by fine with the standard tape. The front is almost guaranteed to come unstuck without extra tape though, although, I believe they added the zip tie mounts to the 07+ lips to help them mount flush more easily.
