I believe A-spec packages are usually dealer installed options. Your dealer probably didn't have one available and they were interested in selling you the car you wanted which they had on the lot!

You can email Tim@hondaacuraworld.com. He is a vendor on this forum, and you can ask him for pricing. It's somewhere around $800 for the front/rear/side skirts.

Anything is possible when you have money, well in the dealships eyes at least. I just installed my Aspec on my RL and it is a year old as well.

A-spec package has always been available. They will fit all 3rd GEN TL's because it simply fits on top for the front and side and rear are all same. Now days, they offer A-spec with the cheaper Chrome or Sparkle Silver rims. Even in the dealer pages, I only see those two but the Gunmetal is available for special order.

Type-S suspension and A-Spec suspension are different. Type-S TLs have the Type-S suspension which is not as good as the A-Spec suspension.

As for the steering wheel - the 07-08 have the 3spoke. The Type-S simply has a little emblem saying it's Type-S. They stopped making the A-spec wheels which are the older 4 spoke with blue stitching saying A-spec.

Coil-overs are method to drop cars if you can not afford the full suspension.

What does this mean "full suspension"?

I thought an AM Coil-Over replaced the Factory/A-Spec shock/spring.

I guess you could count the RSB as part of the "full suspension", but A-Spec Suspension is just the shock/spring isn't it?

Um.... a coilover is also the full suspension. Or are you talking about something else.

Coilover = shock and spring.

the aspec suspension is not BETTER than the type s or the standard tl, its just stiffer, just like the type s is stiffer than the standard tl...if you got a type s, then i wouldnt bother with the aspec, unless you like the wheels better or something...i seriously doubt you can tell the difference between the two suspensions as they type s is pretty stiff to begin with...

as for the stick on body kit, i personally think it looks like it came out of a jc whitney catalog...type s needs none of it...you could pic up the badge on ebay for 20 bucks and slap that on there if you like...

last but not least, can you use english please...and not all thoes ghetto slang words....

You kidding?!?!? You obviously haven't driven both. The difference is significant as I have the A-spec and my brother has the Type-S suspension. Steering wheel itself seems stiff but the suspension and the handle is much different on A-spec.
