Aspec illusion

Does the aspec body kit actually sit lower to the ground or is it more of an illusion? Not talking bout the springs .. just the body parts.

The front lip does. I presume the back does, too since they are both add-ons. Not sure abt the sides, though.

I have only the aspec sides and when I first installed them, my car looked lower. The front lip sits lower to the ground.

i have aspec kit with a stock type s suspension, if you looik from above, it looks actually really low, has an illusion of maybe only 2-3 in. off the floor, but when i took pics from inside my garage when my tl was on a slanted driveway (so the nose was kinda sticking up), it looked like a boat!

so my answer: YES

I say yes...if you actually look underneath (for the people with the kit), there is about an inch to inch and a half lower from the original bumper(s)

Its more of an illusion the kit actually flares out more than anything sort if to get rid if the barreled in look at the bottom of the car.
