Does anyone, including the dealer, even know where the badge is supposed to go?

Here are two different pictures:

Notice the badge directly below the TL

And this badge is way on down near the bumper

For some reason I think the second is correct...

 

The magazine and website pictures I've seen all have it in the lower right corner like your second photo.

Well the owner in the first picture must really feel stupid. Not that they would know, but if I saw that, I would laugh to myself.

According to the suspension installation instructions...

32.5mm from the right sid of trunk, 32.5 mm from the bottom.

 

Well to be honest with all of you I didnt request it to be put there, But I think it stands out and looks much better where you can see it, Just my opinion and its my car so thats all that matters LOL

 

So thats yours in the first pic. No hard feelings, I wasn't trying to call you out, I just noticed your pics and saw it was in a different location than some others I saw and wanted to make sure when the dealer puts my Aspec package on they get everything right.
