ASpec Badge Help...

I just had the ASpec emblem put on my car (did it the whole kit piecemeal so didn't get the badge till now) and it's on a little crooked.

What's the best way to remove it and re-apply so I can get it straight? Thanks.

heat it up w/ a hair dryer.....and slowly peel it off again....the longer you wait, the harder it's gonna come off....

Hi, I've asked my friend who usually does the debadging... The bestway to remove it is with a dental floss. Use a blowdryer to head up the surface and with rubbing alcohol to remove the remaining sticky stickers.

Clean off the badge as you did the car/paint. Buy some good 3M two sided tape and cut to fit badge etc..

Place a piece of electrical or masking tape on the car as a "guide" to achieve a straight and level line for the badge. Apply badge above or below your "guide".

--Remove guide/tape.

Good luck

not at all To rebadge it is simple. You can do a few things

A) 1. Carefully clean the desired location on your car with rubbing alcohol.
2. Scrape off the old sticky tapes on the back of each emblem
3. Heat up the surface where your badge will attach with a blowdryer if the
weather is below 50 degrees outside.
4. Use a double sided tape (can generally get it from Autoparts, pepboys) and
just apply it on the car by making a thin straight line on the car with a wax
pencil or masking tape.
5. Then press the emblem firmly into place and hold it for a few seconds.

B) Take it to a profession that will charge you an arm and a leg for it.

C) Crazy glue it, which I won't recommend.

Hope that helps
