To make sure that the dealership knows that you mean business, next time bring a molotov cocktail with you and tell them you are going to celebrate with them if they don't appreciate your goodwill gesture.

Sorry boys. After leaving the dealership and raising a storm, I started to get a sore throat. I came home, played some Madden and some Gears of War and started to yell again while playing on Live. After all this, I think I am starting to lose my voice, because my pitch isn't as high. Oh well. Losing my voice is all worth it in order to get this mess cleared up.

Leedogg, I gotta represent. My friend, a tech there is also Viet. I normally don't do things like this and voice my opinion. I'm typically very calm and laid back. This was completely out of the ordinary on my part, but when something like this happens, I wasn't gonna bend over and take it up the ass like my cousin did.

I know that I will not get compensated for my time, but there isn't anything wrong with hoping.

kenny5, I'm only 20 and if it's illegal for me to have a cocktail. When I bought my TL from them, the sales rep had his wife bake me cookies upon delivery. Next time, I'll bake them cookies and leave them a message saying they got owned.

ankur914, My cousin has a fear for standing up to a confrontation. He doesn't know how to handle himself in these situations. When I heard this, I couldn't believe that he was taking fault for something he didn't do. I'm not that big physically, but when I walked into the service department office, everyone in there was at least 10-15 years older than me, but looked to me as if I was the owner of the dealership and acted very prompt. Place went silent and then continued on after I went into the service managers office. It was hilarious.

@sport. I'm glad you enjoyed reading about my situation. I have never had to deal with a situation like this before.

I didn't know who to ask, so I first came onto the Acurazine boards and took everyones advice. I printed off what everybody who responded told me to do and went with that. I knew what to say, but didn't know where to start. Thanks guys. I said earlier that if somebody was willing to help me, I would send them a free set of Phillips OEM D2S HID bulbs. If I had more HID bulbs to give to everyone, believe me, I would. But I don't, so I'm gonna just have to hold onto them. I appreciate everyones feedback. Thanks a lot.

It's a Friday night and I should be out, but wanted to check the boards to read everyones comments.

most asians don't, that's why we get stepped on all the time. I'm one the few that shout and get my voice heard. Guess i got that from my dad, seeing how NO one ever argues w/ him hahah.

HAHA, good one!! FYI, "molotov cocktail" is not a mixed drink, but a mixture of chemicals for a pipe bomb.

I keep reading these people saying that "It's only a few dealerships," but I have nothing but shit experiences here in Chicago as well.

Certain guys are good with sales and shit with work, and others the opposite. On the other hand you have McGrath that just fucking sucks period.

These guys are a bunch of morons.

WHAT A STORY xxvietxb0ixt0ixx!!!!!

Here I am just doing some quick browsing before I go to sleep and instead I end up reading an excellent short novel. Congrats on your victory and bravo for sticking up for your cousin and for the truth. I'm glad that dealership got what they deserved. You might be young but never doubt yourself just because of your age. I deal with tons of people both in person and by phone every day at work and let me tell you....people can be very mean and stupid, regardless of age. I hope the situation is completely over now and I hope that dealership lost some customers because of this incident.
