Nope, I usually drive into the bay, and they normally have a tech waiting to go on a test drive. Usually if I'm bringing the car in, it's a noticeable issue. That, and they are a pretty nice dealership. They know I'm picky. I do most of my work myself on my car, and they know that. They know I pretty much did most of the diagnosing myself. The only reason why it's coming in, is because it's all still under warranty.

I think alot of you guys are mixing up the grade logic control with the hard downshifts especially on a decline. Don't get me wrong I feel it too at times and I have redline atf as well and still feel it time to time. I believe the car is also tuned to the sense that if you're coming in to a point where you're gonna be stopping and the speed is a bit high the car will rev match while downshifting so the motor itself won't get that mishift act from the tranny. next time it happens take note of your speed and the grade of the ground you're driving on.

As for the mentioned Bulletin any links on that to read it?

My 07 TL A/T non S Type does the same thing. I was told by the dealership its grade logic. I will switch my trans fluid to Redline and hope it helps. I love the car but the hard downshifts kinda sucks.
