Anyone running 255/40-18's please advise??

if anyone is running this combo can you tell me how hey fit...

any rubbing? or some other issue?

I need more rim protection! fast!

255/40-18 on Acura A-spect wheels work great and look awsome, No rubbing or handling issues. I tried 245's first but the 255 were my choice after having both test fit on the car.

Why would you need more rim protection? Pay closer attention to driving...problem solved. IMHO

Tire choice for me wasn't about rim protection, but what looked right on the car. 235's looked way small, 245 didn't look much different, but 255 was exactly the look I was after.

Mav, you assume alot IMO, I need more rim protection because I'm not the only driver

may upgrade the ASpec tires to 255/40

will the 255/40 18" have any ill effects on speedometer reading, driveability, negative effects at all?
