Lightbulb Anyone looking to buy a new 06 TL??

I just put a 500 deposit... on a brand new 06 TL... priced for 32,400 w/ Navagation, Black on Black, leather, sunroof, full options.... But I cant take the car due to my new born son.

The price 32,400 is the cheapest deal I have seen all over.

I'm willing to loose my deposit but I need some one to take the place to buy the car....

Please email me for any questions...

before u sign stuff, you can always get ur deposit back. i've done it a couple of times before. no problems. if it's still in the lot and you signed....hm...depends on your skill. once it's off the lot, it's gonna be cheaper than that. hope this helps.

BTW, it takes 10mo to have a baby. any 1 day procedure i am not aware of? just kidding. ;-)

If you're willing to lose your deposit, you shouldn't need anyone to take your place to buy the car. Just tell them you want out of the deal and ask them if you can get your deposit back. If not, you can back out unless you actually bought it and didn't just put down a deposit, which it doesn't sound like you did because then you would be trying to sell the car.

edit note: typing while ttliang was posting, so I didn't mean to repeat something he said, but he is right.

also seriously... the total price for the car is 32,400 in writing... but he dosent do any finance.. so when picking up the car you'll need the full check or a loan check written out to his company.

Is this a new car dealer? Or is this a used car from some private party, in which case it/s not certified.

Sounds like a funny deal to me.

Are you trying to sell something here?

Neither your friend nor his friend should be upset if you have a legitimate reason to bail (which you do...although you knew about that reason for a while now...not sure why you looked into the deal). If either one is upset, cut them loose...it's no loss to you as they aren't really good friends, know what I mean?

I realized reading his post regarding tint that perhaps he was simply asking in anticipation of getting an 06 TL?

IMO, the Tl is a perfect car with a new baby

And another thing you should know at least 6 month before the baby arrive to our world.

I don't get the point that having a nez baby change so much the choice of your car.

I think you are a dealer trying to sell a car

Clearly something fishy. If it is a legitimate dealer (even used car) they would jump on the chance to finance it. They make a profit on the financing. In fact, it's not unusual for a dealer to accept a lower price if they are going to finance a car.

Ya i know, got my baby and my new TL in October. They have a nice little clip attachment point in the middle of the back for the baby seat! Its also got great crash ratings to keep the tots safe

I think I will close this down until I get a reply to my PM, and then we will see what comes next.

Definitely more here than meets the eye. MightyTL also posted in the 3G Owners Sign In thread that he bought a black on black 06 TL for 32,900, which is 32,400 + 500 deposit.
