Hello AZ,

I have Jamie do some carbon parts for me car, but he his no longer responding to my text or calls (for more than 2 months).

Anyone know where or what happen to Jaime (jptl04)? Hope everything is ok and he just got backed up with a lot of carbon work.

He is going through some personal problems right now.

 

I also sent Jaime some parts to work on. He received them on 5/15 and said he'd get to work and keep me updated. I didn't hear from him for over a month. Would not respond to texts, emails, phone calls, anything.

He finally responded on 6/16 saying he had a death in the family. He offered to send me his own personal already completed part, which was fine with me. Then I didn't hear back until 6/30 and his message was a tracking number only. When the package showed up on 7/9, it was exactly what I had mailed him 2 months prior. He did not send me a completed part. He has not responded since.

At first I was upset that no work was completed, and that I wasted $30+ on shipping back and forth...but in the end, I'm just happy I got my property back.

Hope this clears things up for anyone else that has sent him parts recently. I know I am not the only one.

Jaime, if you're reading this...I am very sorry for what you are going through. I've been through it myself. Hope things get better for you, we DO miss you around here.

Was wondering why he wasn't responding to any form of communication, now I know why. Hope things get better Jaime, I know its been a tough year for him.

Sorry to bring this back up, but has anyone have any news on Jamie?

Last time we had contact was 10/13/12 and said he would finish this project we started years ago. Gave him the benefit of doubt and went with it.

Now months later calls and texts go unanswered. Now I'm just looking to get my parts back.

Anyone have luck with contacting him or have updates? Any help would be appreciated.
