Anyone know of trustworthy place in NY (queens or li) for alarm/remote start install
just bought a 06 TL , was looking to get alarm and remote start installed at a good price.
Anyone in NY (queens/LI area) recommend a good trustworthy place??

Hmm i work in best buy and we do alarm/remote start installations. Where i work at there is a guy that has been doing that for 16 years and another guy that has been doing it for 10 years. When i buy my Acura TL in December i plan on having my buddies from Best buy install it. Believe it or not i already bought the alarm/remote start even though i dont have the car yet. I got this remote start for 188 with tax on my employee discount

I dont live in NY though so if you go to best buy make sure you ask them how long they have been doing the installations.

actually i just got a hold of a old friend of mine who used to install alarms and stuff for nissan dealership i used to work at. He is working at honda now so he said he knows what he is doing with Tls, hes done a few of them. I'll hook up with him next sat and get this done and see what the cost is.

Aren't those guys (212 Motoring) involved with that TV show on the ESPN channel???? The shop is owned (or partly owned) by Jerome Williams formerly of the NY Knicks....
Get ready to pay a premium for that installation... Going there would be similar to going to Unique Autosports in L.I. or West Coast Customs.... lol
