Anyone have problems with Unique Style Racing?
Hey everyone,
Has anyone had any problems with these guys?
I've placed an order 3 times (once paypal, 2x by credit card) with them, didn't receive any sort of confirmation, I've sent them numerous emails to various different email accounts with no reply. Its getting ridiculous. My initial order was about a week ago! I needed to have it shipped to my house in Arizona because of their ridiculous no shipping to canada BS, (My billing and shipping info are both for the US address so that shouldn't be a problem), and Im only here for another week. I thought TWO WEEKS would have been plenty for them to SEND an order, and it has been for every other company I've been ordering from.
This is so frustrating, is a little customer service too much to ask????

Hope you chose the fastest shipping method because through my experience, shipping here to Canada takes around 2 weeks.

If the address provided with your paypal payment is not confirmed they will not ship to it. Trust me on this one, USR is not a small company and emailing a single person is not going to help either as that one person would not be able to make an adjustment in the shipping department's procedure of how they ship items.
Even if your billing and shipping addresses are the same it wont matter if they are not confirmed.
My advice will be to cancel the order and have an acquaintance who has a US confirmed address buy the items for you and then ship them to you.

I am NOT using paypal. I understand about not shipping to confirmed addresses. I am paying by CREDIT CARD NOT PAYPAL.
Regardless, a customer should be informed about whether or not they are being charged and the status of their order.

Yup....OP PM me with some details....I do email Simon pretty often with the new products and stuff....will tell him what you been going through....

don't know why you are having problems with them...very strange. Simon is usually extremely quick to respond, i ordered my usr pedals from him and he shipped within 24 hours and when you order form USR you get an automatic notification about the transaction along with shipping info

I cant get shipping estimates to canada when im trying the shipping calculator in my cart... "canada" isnt even showing up in the countries available... but for some reason "ups standard to canada" is coming up in the options but it still wont work... anyone else have this problem or am i missing something?
