anyone ever hear of this?!

I was talking to my cousin he has a 05 Altima se-r and he read something of his forum about a a turbonator... anyone ever heard of it or even have it installed? sounds good what do you think? http://www.turbonator.com/

Don't get it. It's a gimmick. Not going to help provide any additional HP and it will not improve your gas mileage.
