Observation comparing TL & CL owner responses on the road
In recent years I've developed a habit of waving at owners of cars similar to my own. In my experience (mainly on Vancouver Island), CL owners would respond more than half the time. Since we bought our TL I haven't seen more than one response and that was from the first one we encountered after purchasing the car. Third generation TLs are more common, particularly now that most high mileage CLs are likely experiencing issues with their transmissions.
