Any good ideas? My driver seat is getting quite worn out :/

Google aftermarket seat 3G TL, a few members have done them. Innacurate is one and swoosh is another member with pretty nice looking seats. Look at Swoosh's build thread in performance and mods, there should be some pics. Keeping the airbag system from showing a error without the drivers seat, is something I not sure about.

You do know there are places that do leather upholstery work, right?

I have after market seats in my track TL, but I also have seats available..

I have two sets of TYPE-S, creme color and full black interior..

Its a known problem and the camel and peanut butter seats are the worst for some reason. Get 50% tints as well, the sun kills leather..

After Christmas my seats have to get done. Both my front seats are ripped and the rear has taken the abuse of a booster seat for over a year. Would love a two toned black/grey seat

This combo is nice and its only from the TYPE-S and is rare. I have a MINT set, but price isn't going to be cheap. I paid $1500 for them and would want that and a stock set to throw back into my car..That price includes the all black side panels or black and the creme color panels and front two seats and rear seats (top and bottom). Any condition is fine unless they're ripped or cracked..

I know it sounds like a lot but just the back S TYPE-S seats I have only seen on EBAY once sell for $400, the add the four door panels for around $150-200 each if you can find them and front seats its well over what I got them for.

I've actually got a guy that I work with that does upholstery. He said I'd be looking at around $700 for new leather and installing it. Just would need the car for a few days and I'm fine with that.

I got mine done at Automat in NY for 800. Matched it pretty good. Then they cleaned the interior and tinted the rest of the leather in the car,front and backseats for 400 more. Looks close to brand spankin new. FYI, these guys are into restoring cars, so they know their sh*t. Had this huge book of leather colors and they even had a book on the perforations.

I'll try to get some pics this weekend, and post them. I wish I took some before pics. My seat cushion was shot and had a nice 5-6" tear/rip along the perforations by my right leg part of the seat. And a nice 1.5 tear from my key in my back pocket one day, towards the rear of the cushion.

How much are you selling the seats for? Whole seats for just the "leather" upper?
